Psycolo24 is a self-reflection and coaching tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical, psychological, legal, or religious advice, and it does not replace a professional or an emergency service.

Because of this, we deliberately do not ask you for medical records, clinical diagnoses, or other special-category health data. Please don't submit them.

Account data: the email address you use to sign in, and authentication metadata.

Your content: the answers, reflections, memory notes, and preferences you choose to enter, and the messages you send to the coach.

Notification settings: if you enable alerts, your push subscription and schedule preferences.

On this device only: your sign-in session, your theme choice, and your cookie/consent choice are stored in your browser's local storage — not on our servers as tracking cookies.

Your content is stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase). Row-level security is configured so that each row is readable only by the account that owns it.

Access is over encrypted connections. We restrict internal access to what's needed to operate and support the service.

When you message the coach, your message and the relevant context are sent to our AI provider ([AI PROVIDER]) to generate a reply. Replies are produced by an automated system and may be imperfect.

We instruct the model not to diagnose and to point you toward appropriate professional or emergency help when your situation calls for it.

We process your data to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract), on the basis of your consent where required (for example, push notifications), and on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and reliable.

You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We share data only with processors who help us run the service under contract: our hosting and database provider (Supabase / [HOSTING PROVIDER]) and our AI provider ([AI PROVIDER]). They act on our instructions.

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers outside the EEA/UK.

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also delete much of your content in the app.

EU/France: you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL.

California: you have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete content or your account, we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.

Psycolo24 is not intended for anyone under [MINIMUM AGE]. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
